Property Owner’s Agreement :We begin by taking your house keys through an agreement signed between Property Owner and Brite Solution.

Brite Account :After handing your house keys to us, we will provide you with registered Brite account to check on any updates on your property on regular basis.

MAINTENANCE AND WORK

Inventory Check/Maintenance Bills :After this we will do inventory checks on your property and will also do maintenance work like plumbing, painting, woodwork etc, if required.

Bill Payment :The entire bills regarding maintenance work done your property will be uploaded on your Brite account.

MARKETING AND LETTING

Marketing :After completing maintenance work, we will list your property on property portals so that prospective tenant would get to know all the features well in advance.

Key Management :None of the tenant, who has shown interest in your property, is ignored. We will be showing your property to interested tenant.

DOCUMENTATION AND REGULAR UPDATES

Tenant Background and Documents Verification :Our lettings team checks and balances on tenant quality and profiling etc. All the verified documents will be uploaded on your registered Brite account.

Lease Preparation :Once the tenant and property owner agreed on all terms and conditions for renting the property, a lease agreement is signed between property owner and tenant.

Rent Collection and Deposit :Rental cheque collected from tenant and the copy of its deposited slip will be uploaded on your Brite account.

Regular UpdatesAll the updates of your property with photographs will uploaded on your Brite account
